Beginners' Knitting


Art takes many forms, but they all have one thing in common – you learn basic skills and then your heart and hands make a unique extension of your being.

Instructor, Kate Tegtmeier, will give you a number of beginner projects to choose from and will provide you with the materials and instruction you need to get it done.

This six-week beginners' course meets from 6 to 8pm, every Wednesday, from March 7th through April 11th.

Cost: $100

The cost of this class includes two hours of studio time and in-depth instruction each week for six weeks, as well as access to all the materials and tools you'll need.

Pay-At-The-Door Registration

Teachers working for a school in the Regional Office of Education, District #40 can register with the ROE and they will cover your class fees and award you Continuing Professional Development Units (CPDUs) for taking this class. After filling our The MAC's class registration and indicating that you are a teacher in ROE40, you will need to also register with ROE by following this link to their calendar of events.
