Expand your color repetoire in this experimental four-week painting course with instructor, Sarah Redhouse Walker.
Rather than stressing about walking away with a perfect finished project, you will play with different media and learn about intensity, shadow, and basic color theory to achieve some fun effects that you can translate to a variety of future projects.
Dates and Times
This four-week beginners' course meets every Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, March 8th through March 29th.
Sarah Redhouse Walker is a professional stay-at-home mom and artist who enjoys creating through clay and paint. She grew up in the woods of New Hampshire, where she received an honorary degree in ‘love of nature’ and an official Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting from Plymouth State University. She is a member of the Highland Arts Council, and is currently working toward her master’s degree at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
The cost of this class includes two hours of studio time per week for four weeks with in-depth instruction and access to all the tools and materials you'll need.
