Call, then drop in and rent space in our Open Studio for just $5 per hour, or sign up for a more economical long-term membership.
You can bring your own supplies, or use the materials and tools in our general crafting area at no additional charge.

Open Studio does not include use of specialized equipment unless you have completed a class at The MAC, or discuss your plans with our staff before your visit.

Specialized Studio Costs:
Clay Studio : $40/25lbs of clay, this includes firings • Firing service/pot = $2/lb of Bisque or low fire & $2.25/lb for glaze fire to cone 6
Stained Glass Studio : $20/ 8”X10” of glass • $5/hour of solder use • $3/hour of copper foil use • $2/bevel
Metals Studio : $0.50/saw blade, $1.25/square inch of copper
Oil Painting Studio: $2/hour use of oil painting materials • $5 per canvas (11”x14” or smaller)

Open Studio Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11:00am to 5:00pm.

Monthly and Yearly Memberships

Take advantage of a one-month Open Studio membership for only $45, or a full year of Open Studio access for $450!

Membership grants you free access to our studios any time during regular hours as long as space is available, and use of all the materials and tools in our general crafting area.

Memberships:
1p -$45/month - 
2p   20% = $36/person
3p   25% = $33.75/person

Free Passes for Annual Members- 
2 passes per person for Open Studio

FAQs:

When can I come and work?
• Members can come in and work whenever we are open. Exceptions would be: You can not come in for open studio during a class that is happening in the studio you want to use. Example: Our wheel throwing classes take place on Thursday 6-8pm, you can not use the wheels during this time. Also if we had a large private event we might need the whole studio. Our normal operating hours for open studio are: Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 6pm.

Is there space for me to leave my supplies/artworks?
• Yes! We will give each member at least 3’x24” of space to store some materials and supplies

Does my monthly/yearly include specialized materials/firing fees?
• Nope! The monthly/yearly fee will get you in the space and working. You can use anything in our general crafting area (we will show you where that is when you get here!) Materials that are pricy for us (stained glass/clay/glazes/some paints) are NOT included. Firing fees for clay are NOT included.

My membership is over, will you hold on to my art works?
• All work not picked up within 30 days will be discarded and no refunds will be given.
