We are able to offer some assistance to other communities to help alleviate the cost of calling on the Art Bus. Please fill out this form if you need financial assistance to call on the bus! Facebook Fundraising

It is required that your org set up a fundraiser to try and supplement your budget for the bus visit. Your org is required to make a Facebook Fundraiser when applying for this grant https://www.facebook.com/fund/macoupinartcollective/ •• This link will send you right to Facebook to start a fundraiser for The MAC Facebook does not charge any fees and 100% of funds donated go to The MAC. When your org has made the fundraiser - you must send us a link to the fundraiser to our email - office@macart.org

Facebook Event

Your org must make a Facebook event once our date is set. Your org must also make The Macoupin Art Collective a co-host on your event. • When you are setting up your event, on the Additional Details page, you can click on Event Settings and make us a co-host.

Volunteers

We need orgs to have volunteers to help set up the event, break down the event and to help facilitate our activities. Friends do not have to know art- they just need to be able to follow simple requests for help!

Our org will have at least one volunteer to help for the duration of the event

Bus Deposit

We require a $75 non refundable deposit to book a date with the Art Bus. This $75 will go towards to total charged.

I will pay the $75 non-refundable deposit once our date is set.
