Commission *

Do you agree to give The MAC a 30% commission on all work sold during this show?

Yes. That’s a small price to pay to have my work featured in such a great gallery, and I want to help The MAC succeed.

No. I think that’s way too much commission (even though other galleries charge, like, 50%), so I don’t really want my work in this show and can probably stop filling out this form now.

Can you help set up the show? *

If the curator needs some help setting up the gallery, can we contact you to enlist your aid?

Do you promise to have your work at The MAC on or before Saturday, April 7th at 6pm? *

Our regular hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 6pm.

Yes! I want my work to be featured in a prime spot so lots of people can see it!

No. I’ll probably bring it in minutes before the show, and will have to settle for displaying my work in an out of the way corner where no one will see it.

Will you pick up your leftover work after the show? *

The show runs through June 29th, and we need you to pick up your excess work (and a check for what you sold) by Friday, July 6th.
