Day nine of work in the new space, and most of the demo work is complete. Now we’re dreaming about new construction and renovations.

We’ve made a lot of progress in the last week. The space is really starting to open up, and Ms. Brandy has lots of ideas!

We‘re starting demolition and cleanup! We worked on the main studio, started to separate different areas like for fabrics and wheel-throwing, took out a few paneled walls, and reconnected the front commercial space to the back apartment. We also took a LOT of refuse to the dumpster donated by Mr. Bob Sanders of Robert Sanders Waste Systems. Thanks, Mr. Bob!
And a big thanks to all our amazing volunteers, like Ms. Jessica who made sandwiches for everyone who came to help!

Mr. Bob brought over his skid steer and tore out a bunch of vegetation from the back of the building. We need someone to cut down a few small trees and trim a big tree!
