Ceramic Egg Tray

Miss Ruthie will teach students how to create this ceramic egg tray. Students will learn simple hand-building and molding techniques, slip transfer techniques, how to use a variety of clay tools, and gain an understanding of clay and its properties. Each student will make one egg tray in class, and will decorate and glaze the night of to be ready for a once-fire. Students are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to the class and relax while making art.

Watercolor Flowers

Miss Ruthie will teach students how to create these watercolor flowers. Great for watercolor beginners! Students will learn simple watercolor techniques and gain an understanding of watercolor and its properties. Each student will leave class with a lovely spring collection of flowers. Students are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to the class and relax while making art.

Each student will make one planter/pot in class, and will decorate and glaze that night to be ready for a once-fire. Students are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to the class and relax while making art.
